1. Custom-Made Furniture

Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, which is crafted specifically to your requirements and specifications, most items cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced. This policy exists because each piece is uniquely created for you.

However, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction and will work closely with you throughout the design and production process to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

2. Design Phase Adjustments

During the design phase, before materials are cut and construction begins, we welcome revisions and adjustments to ensure the piece aligns perfectly with your vision. This collaborative approach helps minimize the need for returns.

We provide detailed renderings and material samples for approval before proceeding to construction. We encourage you to carefully review these to confirm they meet your expectations.

3. Cancellation Timeframes

If you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:

• Before design approval: Full refund of deposit
• After design approval but before material acquisition: 70% refund of deposit
• After materials have been acquired: Deposit is non-refundable
• After production has begun: No cancellation possible; balance payment still required as per contract

4. Defects and Craftsmanship Issues

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If your furniture arrives with manufacturing defects or does not match the approved design specifications, we will:

• Repair the piece at our expense
• Replace components that do not meet our quality standards
• In extraordinary circumstances, remake the entire piece

Any claims regarding defects must be made within 14 days of delivery and must be accompanied by photographic evidence.

5. Delivery and Installation

Our white-glove delivery service ensures your furniture arrives in perfect condition. We recommend inspecting the piece thoroughly upon delivery.

Any damage that occurs during delivery should be noted immediately and reported to our team for prompt resolution.

6. Long-Term Care

While not strictly part of our return policy, we offer lifetime advice on the care and maintenance of your furniture. Our craftspeople can also provide repair and refinishing services to extend the life of your pieces.

These services are offered at preferential rates to our existing clients.
